basic cheese sauce

here is my own recipe that my dad taut me when i was young it is simple and delicious

• take one tablespoon butter and put it in a hot pan 
• then put one tablespoon flour and cook until brown
• at 1 or 2 cups milk until hot
• after that add any amount of cheddar cheese and cook for 5 min and your sauce is ready
